ADV-170 is a versatile resin and has been developed for general-purpose bonding of a wide variety of materials: wood, aluminum, iron, glass, concrete, stone, steel, copper, phenolic, unglazed ceramics, porcelain.
ADV-170 can bond these materials together in various combinations.
This adhesive resin is often used in the civil engineering, ceramics and electrical sectors.
Hardener : use ADV-170 resin with ADV-270 hardener.
Mixing ratio : 1:1 (Resin:Hardener)
Consistency : thixotropic, pre-thickened makes ADV ideal for vertical/horizontal applications, offering joint filling without sagging.
Working time : 120 minutes at 22°C
Polymerization : slow and complete in 8 to 9 hours
Coverage : 1 kg mixture of ADV-170/ ADV-270 covers 1m² at a thickness of 0.8 mm.
Minimum thickness : 0.4 mm to ensure effective adhesion between surfaces to be bonded.
Weight options : available in 1kg, 2.5kg, 5kg and 20kg
