1) Is the product I want in stock?

If you can click on the "buy" button, the product is available. We only sell what we have in stock. If the product is unavailable, you will be notified on the product sheet "out of stock" and you will not be able to add the product to your cart.

2) What are the delivery times?

For Metropolitan France, delivery times are 3 to 6 working days from the assumption of responsibility by our carrier.

For shipments in Europe, 4 to 10 working days (depending on the destination and out of time).

For international shipments, 4 to 10 working days (depending on destination and out of time).

If you place an order before noon, your package will be taken care of by the carrier the same day you place an order (depending on the ordered product)

3) What are the different payment methods?

Resine Net offers you four different payment methods that are:

Payment by check: for this method of payment, the order is shipped upon receipt of the check. To facilitate the management, thank you to accompany your check of a word indicating your name and first name used for the order, the date where you placed order as well as the reference order. The order of the check must be made to SARL DIRECTEK and sent to the following address: Direteck, 56 rue des Foisees, 63170 Aubière.

Payment by bank transfer: for this method of delivery, you will receive an email when confirming your order giving you our bank details.

Payment by Paypal: simple and fast solution, you can pay your order by credit card or via your Paypal account.

Payment by credit card: secure payment method by the bank thanks to Mercanet (BNP PARIBAS). Your bank details do not transact on our server.

4) Is online payment secure?

The e-commerce site www.resine-net.com integrates SSL to secure the integrity of the site and your transactions. You can check it by noticing the "s" of https, indicating secure browsing.

5) Can I send a package directly to a loved one?

You can send a package to a loved one by adding a new address in the third step of the checkout process. To do this, simply click on "add a new address". Once your new address has been registered, select it and confirm.

6) How can I return a product?

If the product does not suit you, you can within 14 days return your package. For this, simply contact the customer service at 06 16 42 27 15 from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.

7) How to retract?

If you wish to retract after your order, you can do so within 14 days. For this, contact the customer service at 06 16 42 27 15 from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.

8) I received a damaged product, defective, the wrong product, what to do?

In case of problem with the goods received, put reservations or refuse the package and contact customer service via our contact form. The request will be processed as soon as possible. Thank you to indicate your reference order as well as the products concerned and an explanatory note of the state (if you have the possibility, take photos to send them to us).

9) How are the shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on weight, size, delivery method and destination.

10) Do you have a physical shop?

We do not have a physical store, but a depot where you can chat with a technician and buy your products live.
