Upon receipt of your order, check the number and condition of your packages and issue reservations if necessary before signing the slip or refuse the package.

We work with several transport companies. If your order is shipped with GLS or Geodis Calberson you have access to the shipping tracking of your order from your customer account. You can also send us an email at serviceclient@resine-net.com or via our contact form.
